Who We Are
The Rotaract Club of North Bay-Nipissing is a group of young professionals aged 18-40 who want to give back to their local community. Our club has been in existence since March 2009 and in the last 11 years has changed and adapted to the needs of our community and the changing interests of our members.
So you ask what does that even mean?
Basically, when you join our club you have the ability to share fundraising ideas, volunteer opportunities and think about how we can all get together outside of our regular meetings. However, we should mention our regular meetings are also fun! We meet at Gateway City Brewery, our meetings are roughly one hour, and if you want to stay and hangout after, there are normally a couple of people willing to join you.
Since inception we have supported a number of local organizations through our fundraising events, and our individual volunteering efforts.
We have raised and donated over $240,000 to our community and volunteered in project and events throughout our city. For a more detailed breakdown of our current and past projects visit our projects page.

How could a club so cool have by-laws? Well we do believe in some form of structure, and as part of the Rotary family we have to be accountable for the work we do. Click here to download our by-laws.
